   UX research and information architecture

   TELUS Spark Navigation Redesign

   I audited the science centre's desktop menu, tested it with users through a card sort and a tree test, and redesigned it in Figma.

   Condensed 8 categories and 53 menu items into 6 categories and 23.

   Web design internship

   Kids Bike Trade UP Event Website

   For Youth en Route, I wireframed and built a WordPress site that tells families where, when and why to bring their child's bike.

   More than half of the pilot event's attendees registered through the site. It is still live today.

   I used expert interviews, research and a field ride to map what makes Calgary's bike lanes feel safe, and who decides.
